Our website templates usually offer three (3) different licenses for you to choose from. Single, Extended, and Ultimate licenses.

a. Single License

This license for digital templates are typically provided under a single-website license. This license grants one website the right to use the purchased product for your personal or professional projects.

b. Extended License

This license grants you three (3) websites to use the same template for your personal or professional projects.

c. Ultimate License

This license grants you eight (8) websites to use the same template for your personal or professional projects.

d. Permitted Usage

The product may be used for various purposes, including but not limited to personal projects, client projects, or commercial use, depending on the licensing options and usage rights specified on the product page.

3. Restrictions

a. Redistribution

You may not redistribute, resell, or share the original product files with others. The license granted is non-transferable.

b. Modification and Derivative Works

You are not permitted to modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the original product files unless expressly stated in the product’s description.

c. Ownership and Attribution

Kromaticdesigns.com retains ownership of all product files and intellectual property rights. You are not authorized to claim ownership of the product or remove any copyright or trademark notices.

4. Warranty and Support

We strive to provide high-quality digital products, but we do not offer warranties or guarantees regarding the fitness, accuracy, or suitability of the product for your specific needs. The products are provided “as is.”
We may offer some level of support for technical issues or inquiries related to product usage.

5. Updates

6. Termination

Your license is subject to termination if you fail to comply with these licensing terms. In the event of termination, you must cease using the product and destroy all copies in your possession.
